Manage implementation process from requirements gathering through design and testing, including card-sorting, in pursuit of an exceptional digital employee experience. Consult with clients on personalization strategy, governance and on-going support. Lead a QA team to fine-tune content (editorial and design) and fix any technical issues. Partner with Product team to improve UX/UI, conduct application testing and training of colleagues and clients.

Founder

Digital and social strategy consulting for organizations looking to integrate emerging technologies with best practices in social media, digital communications, design, branding and content development. Clients included:  Publicis Healthcare Communications Group. Contracted to help manage successful multi-agency migration from legacy CMS platforms to SharePoint 2010. Worked directly with agency contacts at Digitas Health, Saatchi & Saatchi Healthcare Communications, Razorfish Healthware to develop site collections, test functionality, brand portal, establish portal governance, UX and introduction and socialization of the new destinations. Created instructional documentation and participated in on-site training.
